Each year EEAC's lawyers prepare and file from 15 to 20 friend-of-the-court briefs in significant EEO-related cases pending in the courts, with special attention to those cases heard by the U.S. Supreme Court and federal Courts of Appeals. Our briefs also provide valuable legal research for company attorneys. EEAC has filed more than 550 amicus curiae briefs since 1976, including virtually every important EEO case considered by the Supreme Court.
