EEAC’s
DoD Occupation Analyzer service is a web-based metrics tool for
analyzing official Department of Defense statistics on the demographic
diversity of U.S. military occupations. Detailed race, ethnicity,
and gender data from the DoD's Defense Management Data Center (DMDC)
Report 3694O are available for 19 military
occupational areas by branch of service and for
the DoD as a whole -- information which can be used to establish
reliable EEO/AA and diversity benchmarks for those positions sourced
from the U.S. military.
