EEAC's EEO-1 Trend Analyzer retrieves, analyzes, and charts industry- or geography-specific EEO-1 data from 1997 through 2002, enabling users to identify and benchmark their own workforce profiles to the demographic trends affecting their industry or labor market area.

a listing of actual headcount and participation rate statistics by race, ethnicity, and gender for each EEO-1 job category. .
an "analyzer" tool that coverts each participation rate into a Workforce Diversity Index (WDI) industry benchmark, a figure which captures in a single number the degree of change in the job category's diversity versus 1997 levels. These WDI benchmarks are also graphed to illustrate the degree of change in visual terms.
an optional tool that analyzes and graphs a company’s own workforce demographic data to the most relevant WDI industry or geography benchmark. This feature enables a company to quickly determine whether its own racial, ethnic, or gender diversity in any given EEO-1 job category leads, lags, or is on par with its industry or labor market area.
