Federal contractors are being notified via OFCCP “advance notice” letters of two or more of their establishments that are likely to get a compliance review before the end of September. The 5,000 establishments identified in this second round of letters brings OFCCP’s target list for its current 2009 enforcement cycle to nearly 7,500 establishments.
