First Round of FY 2010 OFCCP Scheduling Letters Has Begun, 2,500 Establishments Are Targeted; “Advance Notice” Letters Will Continue To Be Sent to Contractor’s Headquarters Location
OFCCP has confirmed with EEAC that it has begun sending scheduling letters to federal contractor establishments targeted for compliance reviews in Fiscal Year 2010. Advance notice letters also are being sent to headquarters locations of contractors that have two or more establishments on the target list. Unlike last year, there will be no cap on the number of a contractor’s establishments that could get audited.
