EEAC gets calls around this time of year from members on a calendar year AAP cycle that have just received an OFCCP scheduling letter and are not sure which AAP to submit for the desk audit — the old one or the new one. The agency permits either, but the contractor should consider a number of factors before deciding which AAP to submit.
