Federal Contractors Still Have Option of Submitting Either “Incoming” or “Outgoing” AAP When Scheduling Letter Is Received Within 30 Days of Annual Update
EEAC gets calls around this time of year from members on a calendar year AAP cycle that have just received an OFCCP scheduling letter and are not sure which AAP to submit for the desk audit — the old one or the new one. The agency permits either, but the contractor should consider a number of factors before deciding which AAP to submit.
