Since his first day in office, President Obama has made openness in government a high priority. Last month, the White House issued a directive to all federal agencies instructing them to make their day-to-day operations more accessible to the public. It is unclear at this point how or whether the open government initiative will impact the disclosure of EEO data held by the OFCCP and EEOC.
