This seminar which combines two of EEAC's long-standing core
programs, Developing Effective Affirmative Action Programs
and Managing OFCCP Compliance Evaluations will
cover everything that a compliance practitioner needs to know
in order to design, develop, implement, and defend a compliant
AAP. Participants will (1) gain an in-depth understanding
of the current legal, regulatory, and business requirements
impacting the design, development, and evaluation of AAPs;
(2) experience the process of developing each AAP component
through participative exercises; and (3) learn strategies
and tactics to effectively prepare for, manage, and defend
against an OFCCP compliance evaluation, with particular emphasis
placed on OFCCP's evolving statistical models for evaluating
personnel transactions and compensation data.
