Fundamentals of a Compensation Analysis

This web workshop is designed to provide participants with a very basic understanding of the steps involved in analyzing employees’ compensation.  Issues covered include preparing and grouping the data, tipping point analyses, mean/median analyses, T-tests, regression and co-hort analyses.

All sessions will begin at 2:00 p.m. ET and will last for one and one-half to two hours.
