EEAC's® Workforce Diversity IndicesSM (WDISM) service is a web-based metrics tool designed to help member companies quickly find, analyze, and graph national workforce demographic data and, for an annual subscription fee, access and graph their company's own performance against more refined industry and geography benchmarks.

Using EEO-1 data from 1997 through 2002 (the most current data available), EEAC'sŪ Workforce Diversity IndicesSM sort the data to show how the racial, ethnic, and gender diversity of the nation's private-sector workforce has changed over time.

EEAC'sŪ Workforce Diversity IndicesSM Basic Service is available to members at no additional charge. These index-based metrics convert the national-level workforce "participation rates" of each demographic group into simple index scores, which then are graphed to quickly show whether, where, and how fast the demographic group's participation rate in any given EEO-1 job category has changed from 1997 through 2002.

EEAC's® enhanced WDI AnalyzerSM Service, available to members and non-members for an annual subscription fee, is a convenient way to:

  • quickly find, retrieve, and analyze six years of actual EEO-1 report data, including headcount figures and participation rates, for hundreds of industries and geographic areas;

  • graphically chart changes in those figures over time; and

  • compare company-specific workforce data to user-defined industry- or geography-specific EEO-1 benchmarks.

WDI AnalyzerSM allows subscribers to quickly determine whether their company's racial, ethnic, or gender diversity in any given EEO-1 job category leads, lags, or is on par with the appropriate industry or geography benchmark. All charts and graphs are automatically formatted for fast and easy downloading directly into internal company presentations.

The annual subscription fee for members is $1000.

The annual subscription fee for non-members is $5000.
