In addition to an array of practitioner-focused web workshops and online and instructor led training, EEAC members convene at membership meetings three times each year to share best practices, discuss breaking compliance news, and hone skills.
The EEAC Annual Meeting and Policy Conference, held in Washington, DC each March, is a three-day, policy-focused event. Held in conjunction with the Association’s annual business meeting, the Annual Meeting and Policy Conference offers EEAC members an up-close-and-personal opportunity to meet and interact with the regulators and policy makers who influence contemporary compliance practices.
The Fall Compliance Conference, held each year on a rotating city schedule, is a three-day practitioner-focused event. Our ‘roll-up-your sleeves’ multiple learning track format offers practitioners across different disciplines and varying levels of experience a structured, and high-volume learning experience. Sessions led by EEAC staff experts and fellow EEAC members are focused on practical guidance and techniques that can be brought back to the office and placed into action right away.
The two-day Talent Acquisition Compliance Summit was created in response to EEAC members' observation that the traditional HR compliance function has become increasingly intertwined with the talent acquisition discipline. In fact, talent acquisition had become a focused track topic for EEAC's Fall Compliance Conference, and eventually, the track grew to become its own, standalone annual event.
