Annual Meeting and Policy Conference

The EEAC will hold its annual, members-only policy conference in Washington, D.C. on March 22–24, 2017. 

Our members-only policy conference features briefings from senior-level enforcement officials, policymakers, and industry experts on the major focus areas of workplace regulators, including fair employment, wage and hour, contract compliance, diversity, immigration, labor relations, and state standards.

Workplace Compliance Policy and Risk Management in the New Administration

  • Briefings from senior DOL, EEOC, and NLRB officials on the new administration’s workplace policy and enforcement priorities
  • A discussion of the Trump Administration’s domestic policy priorities and their impact on workplace compliance and diversity by leading political analyst, commentator, and Fox News Co-Host Juan Williams.
  • A discussion of the Supreme Court’s impact on labor and employment policy by SCOTUSblog’s Tom Goldstein
  • An examination of the workplace legislative priorities of the 115th U.S. Congress
