EEAC conducts periodic two- and three-day programs during the year, including an Annual Membership Meeting held in Washington D.C. in the spring and a Fall Compliance Conference, generally rotated between a West Coast and Midwest location. The programs are designed to provide useful information of current interest to a member company’s EEO staff and in-house employment counsel.
EEAC's newly-designed 2012 Annual Membership Meeting willl be held in Washington, DC on February 29-March 2, 2012. The meeting will include new learning tracks specifically designed for compliance practitioners, in-house lawyers, and HR generalists and recruiters. Forums
In addition to our general membership meetings, EEAC offers members opportunities from time to time to participate in specialized forums designed to meet the needs of a particular corporate audience. For example, the McDowell Legal Forum brings member company in-house lawyers together in a confidential setting to share information, ideas, experiences, and compliance strategies on recent EEO-related legal developments. Similarly, our periodic, interactive conference call/web-enabled “eLegal Forums” are designed to provide busy in-house counsel with timely updates on breaking employment law and regulatory compliance developments.
