Regulatory Reform Update: New Trump Executive Orders Call on Agencies To Prepare Reorganization Plans, Appoint “Regulatory Reform Officers”; House Approves Three More Regulatory Reform Bills

President Trump has issued two new Executive Orders requiring federal agencies to increase their focus on reform efforts designed to reduce government regulation. In the meantime, the House of Representatives has passed several major regulatory reform bills since the beginning of the year, all of which still await action by the Senate.
