Trump Administration Rescinds Obama-Era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Program, But Gives Congress Six Months To Act Before Program Completely Terminates

The Trump Administration will end a program that gave children of parents who came to the U.S. illegally a chance to stay and work. The DACA program has bipartisan support, however, and Congress has essentially been given six months to come up with a legislative fix.
