CWC Submits Written Comments to DOL in Anticipation of Revisions to the “White-Collar” Overtime Exemption Rules

CWC’s comments to the Labor Department on its Request for Information in conjunction with possible changes to the overtime regulations under the Fair Labor Standards Act urge the agency to stay within the framework it created when it revised the regulations in 2004.
