Divided NLRB Upholds Company Policy Protecting Confidential Customer Information From Disclosure

The National Labor Relations Board, which has gone out of its way in recent years to find fault with employer policies, drew the line in this case by ruling that an employer did not have to turn over confidential customer data to a group of union supporting employees.
