Federal Court Gives EEOC One Year To Come Up With New ADA/GINA Wellness Plan Regulations, Allowing Existing Regulations To Remain in Effect Until Then

Earlier this year, a federal trial court in Washington, D.C. found that the EEOC provided insufficient justification to support changes to its ADA/GINA wellness regulations allowing employers to provide participation incentives. In a follow-up ruling, the court has now given the EEOC one year to issue revised regulations.
