EEOC Posts New Guidance Confirming That Employers Have More Than One Option Regarding EEO-1 Reporting of Employees Who Work at Client Sites

The EEOC has revised its online guidance regarding the FY 2017 EEO-1 filing procedures to confirm in writing what CWC reported last week, namely that employers have the option of reporting employees who sit at client sites in either a report covering a company-controlled location (typically following the supervisory or human resources function chain), or a report covering the client address where the employees physically perform their work.
