Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance for Managers
EEAC’s Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance for Managers online course is designed to fulfill your company’s obligation to satisfy OFCCP’s compliance training requirement as described at 41 CFR §§ 60-300.44(j), 60-741.44(j): “Training. All personnel involved in the recruitment, screening, selection, promotion, disciplinary, and related processes shall be trained to ensure that the commitments in the contractor’s affirmative action program are implemented.”
During this 30-minute online course, managers learn about their responsibilities regarding the company’s equal opportunity and affirmative action obligations. It delivers an engaging and straight-forward depiction about the role of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action for the company, for managers and supervisors, and for the people they manage.
At the conclusion of the course, managers and supervisors will be able to:
• Describe and be able to explain what equal opportunity and affirmative action are;
• Describe in general terms the company’s equal employment opportunity obligations pertaining to protected categories of people;
