DOL's Final Revisions to Overtime Rules

The Labor Department has completed that process by issuing final regulations that dramatically increase the minimum salary threshold that employees must be paid in order to be considered exempt from overtime as executive, administrative, or professional employees, among other changes. In this web workshop, EEACís staff experts Mike Eastman, John Annand, and Mike Bracken reviewed the changes made by the final rule and discussed practical considerations for employers as they look toward the ruleís December 1, 2016, effective date.
