Changing Face of Harassment Prevention

An EEAC Web Workshop Recording

Recorded July 13, 2016

Thirty years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court recognized that sexual harassment is a form of unlawful sex discrimination. Since that time, the concept of workplace harassment – its causes, consequences, and solutions – has expanded, but corporate training programs have not kept pace. This Web Workshop, led by Rae Vann, EEAC’s Vice President and General Counsel, examined the changing face and dynamics of workplace harassment prevention and explored creative and innovative suggestions for enhancing the effectiveness of your existing harassment prevention training practices.
