EEAC will hold its annual policy conference in Washington, D.C. on March 7–9, 2018. 

Our members-only policy conference features briefings from senior-level enforcement officials, policymakers, and industry experts on the major focus areas of workplace regulators, including fair employment, wage and hour, contract compliance, diversity, immigration, labor relations, and state standards.

Workplace Compliance Policy and Risk Management

  • Briefings from senior DOL, EEOC, and NLRB officials on their workplace policy and enforcement priorities
  • A discussion of the Supreme Court’s impact on labor and employment policy

  • An analysis of OFCCP’s first-year accomplishments under the Trump Administration 
  • An EEAC staff update interpreting and explaining the latest workplace compliance policy developments
